Your holiday home in an apartment in the center of Rome.
All apartments are furnished in a simple but functional and elegant way, to welcome our guests as if they were at home.
The apartments have been renovated with air conditioning and underfloor heating.
The apartments all consist of a sleeping area and a living area.
In the sleeping area there are bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom while the living area consists of a living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and a balcony.
Three-room apartments
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and walk-in closet, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
The living area consists of a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a balcony in the apartment.
Two-room apartments
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom. The living area consists of a living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, washing machine and dishwasher.

Check-In will be made after 15:00.

City Tax
There is a tourist tax for the city of Rome of € 3.50 per person per night.
The tourist tax is not provided for children under 10, for those staying more than 10 nights and for residents of Rome.
The tourist tax is not included in the price.

Children
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 6 stay free. In this structure it is possible to add cots (to be requested at the time of booking).
Extra bed added
It is possible to use the sofa bed in the living room at a cost of € 10 per day.

It is not allowed to organize Parties / Events inside the apartment.
